All courses offered by mediazonexa are provided free of charge as part of our non-profit media education initiative focused on accessible journalism training, ethical broadcasting standards, and news production for aspiring media students.

Any optional donations or contributions accepted through our platform are processed securely. Payments are handled via approved third-party providers and are subject to their terms.

Refund Policy

Due to the free nature of our courses, refunds are not applicable for course access. For donations, requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

Refunds may be denied if the request does not meet the above criteria or if the donation was made in error due to user action.
